Cuppacare is a low-cost café, held in our church hall and staffed by people from churches in and around Shipley. It offers a warm place and reasonably priced food and offers a selection of Christian books and greeting cards for sale. There are prayer sheets on the tables which people can fill in if they have any concerns and before the café opens for business at 10am, the staff members pray together for these needs.
Cuppacare is open on Fridays, 10am-1.00pm.
Because it is in the centre of Shipley, it is very popular, and quite a variety of people use it, including local workers, parents and grandparents with children, groups of walkers and people who come to meet up with friends. Others come in alone and appreciate having someone to talk to over their meal.
